DILLONVALE, Ohio —
One person has died following a crash on Ronald Reagan Highway on Monday afternoon in Sycamore Township.
According to Hamilton County officials, it happened at 12:30 p.m. near mile marker 30. A 2018 Lexus had pulled over to the right shoulder due to a flat tire. Advertisement
Officials say that the vehicle was struck by a Peterbilt semi trailer, injuring both occupants of the Lexus. The two occupants, a man and a woman both in their 70s, were taken to Bethesda North Hospital where the man later died from his injuries.
The driver of the tractor-trailer was also taken to Bethesda North, treated for minor injuries, and has since been released. Everyone involved was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and neither speed nor alcohol are being investigated as fact
