The Hillsboro Village building housing Cornerstone Financial Credit Union and its adjacent parking lot have been listed for sale for $15 million.

Located near both Belmont and Vanderbilt universities, the 1.32-acre property offers an address of 1701 21st Ave. S. and includes a four-story, 30,359-square-foot office building (which opened in the early 2000s) and more than an acre of surface parking and raw land.

A modernist building — seemingly constructed in the 1960s and called Whitley Building, according to Metro records — located previously on the site and housing the credit union was razed in the late 1990s to accommodate the current structure.
