In addition, two Michelin Keys — a parallel recognition system for hotels — will be given to the city’s historic Hermitage Hotel.

Similarly, three new restaurants have “newly captured the [Michelin] inspectors’ attention for their inspiring visions,” with Franklin’s January among the trio. January, a high-end restaurant in Southall Farm & Inn, earns a Green Star for sustainability excellence.
