CHARLOTTE, N.C. (CAROLINA SPORTS LIVE) — After winning the trip of a lifetime, a major Panthers fan got to see his favorite player in the press box during Sunday's Green Bay game.
Panthers superfan and Atrium Health Levine Children’s heart transplant patient, Bryson Shupe, 14, of Conover, was surprised with an all-inclusive trip for him and his family to Green Bay back in September.
His love for the Panthers started during his almost year-long stay at the hospital while awaiting a transplant. During his stay, Bryson received visits from Panthers Legend Greg Olson and team mascot Sir Purr.
In June 2017, Bryson received his new heart.
