Brevard celebrates its first crowning as a "top adventure town" by Blue Ridge Outdoors magazine .

Every year, Blue Ridge Outdoors invites readers to vote for favorite outdoor destinations across four population categories from tiny town (population of under 3,000) to large town (75,001+). The 2025 contest drew almost 25,000 votes across three rounds of online voting for 100 destinations.
