Cleveland's partnership with the Ohio Department of Public Safety has been effective in reducing violent crime, but Cincinnati's similar initiative is under scrutiny for its limited enforcement days.

Gov. Mike DeWine said, "Our teams don't blanket the entire city looking for everyone and everyone they can arrest. This is a targeted operation," emphasizing the focused approach to apprehending repeat offenders.
