U.P. police force adds drug sniffing K9 Storm to ranks

ESCANABA, MI – A new K9 team is about to join the ranks of this police force in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula.

K9 Storm, with handler Officer Kenneally, will soon begin work with Escanaba Public Safety, officials announced.

“Great news for our city but bad news if you’re dealing drugs anywhere near it,” the Facebook post says .

K9 Storm will go through narcotics detection training at D & D K9 Dynamics . The K9 team will get certified and then hit the streets.
