Ella G. Fortune passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025, in Williamsburg, VA. A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Ella’s warmth and spirit touched the lives of many.

A graduate of Lane High School in Charlottesville, VA, Ella was a retail manager and later, a dedicated homemaker. Her career was marked by her commitment to serving others and supporting her family with love and care. Ella was very strong in her faith, attending Belmont Baptist Church, where she shared her love for Jesus.

Ella found great joy in spending time with her daughter, Brooke, and her cherished grandchildren, Izzy, Cassie, and Hunter. She delighted in moments of laughter shared with friends and family, and her laughter will be fondly remembered by all
