You lose Tyler Warren, you lose a lot.
Penn State’s 2024 All-American produced historic numbers at tight end.
Warren, a 2025 first-round pick of the Indianapolis Colts, became the first PSU player to record a 1,000-yard season at the position.
He caught 104 passes and rumbled for 1,233 yards in 16 games.
Warren also ran for four scores, threw a touchdown pass to Nick Singleton and was a solid blocker for Kaytron Allen and Singleton, who each posted 1,000-yard seasons.
Warren won the John Mackey Award in 2024, presented to the nation’s most outstanding tight end.
Penn State entered this year with a plan to lean on three tight ends – Luke Reynolds, Khalil Dinkins and Andrew Rappleyea -- to replace some of what Warren did a year ago.
Let’s take a look at the numbers.
