CELINA, Texas — Celina ISD has been rocked by a series of arrests, investigations and lawsuits, all of which occurred in just over a month.

Since the beginning of October, seven Celina ISD employees have been placed on leave, and three educators were accused of misconduct, WFAA has previously reported.

Four people have been arrested. Former 6th-grade history teacher and 8th-grade coach at Moore Middle School, William Caleb Elliott, 26, was arrested Oct. 3 for invasive visual recording and possession or promotion of child pornography. Elliott, the son of Celina ISD athletic director Bill Elliott , is accused of taking photos of students in the middle school locker room.
