BENNINGTON – Bennington Project Independence is planning an open house to celebrate completion of a major renovation and expansion of its facility on Harwood Hill.

“It will be on November 20, from 4 to 6 p.m., and we will have refreshments,” BPI Executive Director Linda Wichlac said Monday.

“We’ve finally been able to complete our building, top to bottom,” Wichlac said. “We were able to take our lower level, which we are calling our Orchard Level, and completely renovate that. Then we completed a new addition to the building, so we have some new creative spaces and lots of opportunities for our members and the community.”
