Fire crews are on scene after an Edinburgh flat went up in flames on Tuesday afternoon.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted to the incident on Canon Street, in the capital's Canonmills area, at 4.46pm on November 4.
They dispatched three fire appliances and a height vehicle to the property, which is located in a block with several other flats .
It is not known how many people were inside at the time, but no casualties have been reported.
A picture from the scene taken by a passerby shows the cobbled street lined with fire engines with their blue lights flashing.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service confirmed to Edinburgh Live that crews were still in attendance just after 7pm.
