HARTFORD, Vt. (ABC22/FOX44) - According to the Vermont Attorney General's Office, one man has been charged with luring a child after a "months-long undercover operation" by the Hartford Police Department and a state task force.

Thomas Ndissi, 38, of Chicopee, Massachusetts, pleaded not guilty in court on Tuesday. He is being held on a $5,000 bond.

VT-ICAC, the Vermont Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, is part of a national network of 61 task forces.

According to authorities, state police from both Massachusetts and Vermont also helped with the operation.
