UNION COUNTY, Ky. (WEVV) — Authorities are investigating a fatal fire in Union County.

Officials say one person was killed when the fire broke out Tuesday afternoon.

It happened at a home on T P Luckett Road.

Our news crew on scene learned the fire originated in the home’s garage, adjacent to the living room.

44News is told that the fire spread quickly before the roof collapsed.

We’re still working to learn more, including whether any other injuries were reported.
