OMAHA, Neb. —

The Omaha City Council unanimously allowed a Little Bohemia development to move forward despite neighbors of the project who don't believe there will be enough parking.

The council approved several items on rezoning related to the development.

The development promises to add around 160 housing units and redevelop historic buildings in Omaha's Little Bohemia neighborhood. The development would be northwest of 13th and William streets.

The development is put forward by Clarity Development. The company's president, Tom McLeay, said at Tuesday's council meeting that parking regulations hamper urban development. He said there is sufficient parking in the area.
