WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - It’s Jefferson County’s most high-profile election this year: the 4-way race for 2 seats on Watertown City Council.

Shane Garrabrant and Doug Osborne are off to early leads.

Pete Monaco and Anthony Velazquez are also running.

There are at least 231 absentee ballots to count.

The winners of the race will replace council members Lisa Ruggiero and Cliff Olney.
