Voters in California and Kern County voted Tuesday on a proposition to amend congressional district maps ahead of the 2026 midterm elections. Voters in Delano were asked to extend a sales tax, while McFarland voters were asked to enact a higher sales tax rate.

Polls close across California at 8 p.m.
