CHARLOTTE, N.C. – People Magazine has named actor Jonathan Bailey as the 2025 “Sexiest Man Alive.” The Wicked and Bridgerton star is likely the first publicly-out gay person to receive the award. Bailey said, “It’s the honor of a lifetime.” This is the 40th edition of People’s “Sexiest Man Alive.” The first honor was given to Mel Gibson back in 1985.
