On Wednesday at 2:18 a.m. a wind advisory was issued by the National Weather Service valid from 7 p.m. until Thursday 7 a.m. for Western Montgomery and Upper Bucks as well as Berks, Lehigh and Northampton counties.
The weather service says, "West winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected."
"Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result," says the weather service. "Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution."
