Lights Up! is taking place on November 28th as a way to kick off the Christmas season in Fort Saskatchewan.

The yearly, family-friendly celebration features many attractions to make it fun for attendees of all ages.

Some of the highlights include photos with Santa, a caricature artist, a holiday petting zoo, live music and carollers and cookies and hot chocolate.

The celebration will be wrapped up with a choir performance at 7:15 p.m., a reading of “‘Twas the Night Before Christmas” at 7:25, with the Lights Up! countdown at 7:30 p.m., where City Hall will light up with thousands of holiday lights.

Lights Up! will be taking place on November 28th from 5:15 to 7:30 p.m., at City Hall.
