FOND DU LAC, Wis. (WBAY) - A teacher’s aide at Faith Lutheran School was arrested on suspicion of sexual assault with a child victim.

The 41-year-old woman was arrested Tuesday after an investigation that started with a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The Fond du Lac County Sheriff’s Office says detectives developed probable cause to seek multiple sexual assault charges.

The sheriff’s office says the victim does not attend Faith Lutheran School.

Authorities aren’t saying any more about the case or the tip that prompted the investigation, saying that information will come out if and when criminal charges are filed.
