WYOMING, Mich. — A 34-year-old man accused of robbing a Wyoming area bank earlier this week was arraigned in court on Wednesday.

Dymen Hood faces a felony bank robbery charge and is accused of holding up the PNC Bank on the corner of 28th Street and Buchanan Avenue. A conviction for bank robbery carries a sentence of up to life.

According to a probable cause affidavit, Hood walked up to the front desk and told the teller, "You're gonna give me money." As he said this, the teller told detectives that Hood clutched his pants near his pockets, insinuating he had a weapon.

The suspect told the teller to pretend to complete a transaction, and then he left with cash.
