Horizon Recovery, Arizona’s leading teen behavioral health organization, has appointed Jamie Maurer as Head of Culture and Brand Integrity, a newly created role focused on strengthening internal culture and ensuring the organization’s mission is reflected throughout its operations.

Maurer, who previously served as Horizon Recovery’s Media and Clinical Outreach Specialist, brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare and behavioral health. In her new position, she will lead initiatives to enhance staff wellbeing, foster a unified, mission-driven culture, and maintain brand consistency across all programs.
