We spoke with the experts about all the ways to recognize the different types of stress and how to cope with it.

Khaleel Gooden from Berlin told us being creative is his outlet.

“I mainly work out, but when I’m not working out, I like to play video games,” Gooden said.

Aly Liew, an actor from West Hartford, told us utilizing her breath to help manage stress has been a game changer for her.

“I like to do a lot of mindfulness techniques I learned in therapy,” Liew said.
