5 years after man, 20, was killed in ambush on Staten Island street, an arrest is made

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — After five years and what sources described as a “neighborhood divided,” authorities have made an arrest in the homicide case of 20-year-old Vincent Witt.

The defendant — Kyshief Campbell, 25 — was arraigned Wednesday on charges that include second-degree murder and criminal possession of a firearm, in connection with the April 14, 2020, slaying.
