CLARK COUNTY Wash. (KPTV) - Three people have been arrested after a man was found shot in the front seat of a car in the parking lot of a Clark County apartment complex, the sheriff’s office announced on Wednesday.

The man was found on the morning of Oct. 26 after people living in apartments near Northeast 19th Avenue and Northeast 94th Street reported gunshots. He did not survive, the Clark County Sheriff’s Office said.

The victim was identified as 40-year-old Jacob Hall of Vancouver.

On Oct. 27, CCSO said they found the Lexus connected to the shooting in Multnomah County.

One suspect was arrested on Oct. 30, and two others were arrested on Wednesday, CCSO said.
