LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board are in Louisville investigating a plane crash that killed at least 12 people , and a longtime pilot and aviation expert told WHAS11 what he thinks they'll find.
Reed Yadon said investigators are working under challenging conditions as the NTSB begins its on-site investigation into the UPS cargo plane disaster at Louisville's Muhammad Ali International Airport. Kentucky native Todd Inman is leading the investigation.
Yadon, a longtime WHAS11 meteorologist and pilot, said Inman is among “the best in the world” at this type of work and is accustomed to operating in difficult post-fire environments.
