SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Pedestrian fatalities are up nearly 11% in the last five years in Missouri, according to t he Governors Highway Safety Association .

Several states, counties, and cities have reacted by increasing the number of intersections where you are not allowed to make a right on red . So, our viewer Mike wants to know, are you still allowed to make a right turn on red lights in Missouri?

Raleigh, New York City, and Atlanta have enacted bans on right turns at more red lights. Atlanta’s new law will have the city install about 300 no-right-on-red signs in 3 neighborhoods by the end of the year.
