A man accused of attacking a teenager on the west side of Indianapolis earlier this year pleaded guilty to five counts Wednesday.

Jason Harrell was charged with two counts of battery and three counts of intimidation for the Jan. 25, 2025 attack on a 14-year-old boy in the 700 block of Aberdeen Drive , near Rockville and South High School roads.

On Jan. 25, the teen's mother reporter Harrell had attacked the boy.

Security video sent to 13News by a neighbor shows a man, later identified by police as Harrell, pulling up to the boy while he was sitting on a motorized bike and yelling at him to get off of the street.
