Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch is under fire for alleged illegal campaign contributions.

State regulators said between 2022 and 2023 Koch took donations from businesses barred from giving directly to candidates.

The Koch campaign has settled the allegations, paying $55,000, with $15,000 going directly to the state.
