COVINGTON, Ky. (WXIX) - “I now pronounce you as husband and wife. You may kiss your bride.”

On Wednesday, Samantha and Mike Wise took vows to love and stand by one another no matter what, before their friends, family and most importantly, with their 3-year-old daughter Oakleigh by their side.

“This girl lights up a room. There is not a room that she goes into that when she smiles, everybody doesn’t smile,” Mike Wise said.

Oakleigh is one of a kind - she has an extremely rare condition called pulmonary vein stenosis.

Mom and Dad call her their miracle baby.

“She was born 29 weeks early then she spent about 4 months in the NICU,” he said.
