HERRIN — In honor of Veterans Day Herrin City Library will be having a free showing of Steven Spielberg's "War Horse" at 2 p.m. Nov. 11, 2025, in the meeting room. Complimentary coffee and movie snacks will be available for attendees.

In addition to this special movie event, Herrin City Library services will be free to all veterans, reserves, active duty military and active duty immediate family until Nov. 26.
