Evelyn Leahy Forman will become a bat mitzvah at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 8 at Congregation Mishkan Or. Evie is the daughter of Eric Forman and Ellie Leahy of Shaker Heights. She attends Shaker Heights Middle School. Evie enjoys singing with the Cleveland Orchestra Children’s Chorus, playing volleyball, engaging with art and hanging out with friends and family. For her mitzvah project, Evie is organizing a group beach clean up with the Cleveland Metroparks and sharing information she has learned about plastic pollution.
