GREEN LAKE COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) - Officials have provided additional information about a single-vehicle crash that occurred Wednesday morning in Green Lake County.
According to deputies, the vehicle left the roadway and collided with a wooded area, causing significant damage. Emergency responders described the scene as challenging due to the terrain and surrounding trees.
The operator of the vehicle was extricated by the Princeton Fire Department under difficult conditions and was subsequently flown by helicopter to a nearby hospital for treatment.
“We are all hoping for the best possible outcome for this vehicle operator,” said the sheriff’s office. Authorities also thanked a local property owner for noticing the crash and promptly calling 911, which aided in the swift response.
