NILES Bond has been set on Thursday for a man accused of stabbing another man in a Niles shopping plaza.
A Niles Municipal Court employee tells 21 News 52-year-old Kenyon Kellum of Warren was arraigned on one count each of attempted murder, a felony in the first degree, and felonious assault, a felony in the second degree.
Bond was set at $1 million and Kellum is due back in court the morning of Monday, November 10.
On Wednesday afternoon, an employee working in a business in the plaza on U.S. Route 422 near State Route 46, otherwise known as the Gentry Center, told 21 News a couple was arguing with a man in the parking lot when one party allegedly stabbed a male victim in the neck.
Police said that they are unsure of the victim's name or age due to the victim being incoherent after
