HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - A Greenville man is in custody after an investigation by Kentucky State Police revealed a case of child abuse involving a 7-month-old.
KSP says Child Protective Services called them on September 6 to report the child was being treated for multiple serious physical injuries.
Tristan Bolton, 23, was named in the investigation as the one responsible for the injuries, and on September 24, a warrant was issued charging Bolton of Criminal Abuse 1st degree.
He was booked into the Muhlenberg County Detention Center, and on October 24, a grand jury indicted Bolton on the one count of Criminal Abuse.
The investigation is ongoing.
