The community will get a chance to check out the newly redesigned Plaza Theatre at an upcoming open house later this month.

From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 22, the city of Palm Springs will host a free open house and block party to showcase the theater that has been under construction since 2023. Millions of dollars have been poured into the restoration, which seeks to revitalize the historic venue at 128 S. Palm Canyon Drive.
