Five California airports are reportedly among dozens nationwide set to face flight reductions as the longest-ever federal government shutdown impacts air travel in the United States.
They are Los Angeles International Airport, Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport, Ontario International, San Diego International and San Francisco International, according to reports from ABC News and the Associated Press .
The U.S. Department of Transportation and the Federal Aviation Administration did not immediately respond to a request for confirmation from The Desert Sun.
