GREENSBURG, Ky. – Two people are facing charges following an alleged theft case from the Green County Fire Department.
According to the Greensburg Police Department, officers arrested Joshua Gupton and Amelia “Brooke” Gupton on Thursday on charges stemming from the case.
Joshua Gupton is charged with theft by unlawful taking all others between $10,000 and $1,000,000, fraudulent use of a credit or debit card over $10,000, abuse of public trust (less than $10,000 but over $100,000) and first-degree official misconduct.
Amelia Gupton is charged with theft by unlawful taking all others between $10,000 and $1,000,000 and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card over $10,000.
The arrests follow an extensive investigation conducted by detective A Regan with Greenburg police that resulted in a
