BOSTON —
Massachusetts State Police troopers rescued a dog that was off-leash, running around the Ted Williams Tunnel during the Thursday morning commute.
Surveillance video provided by MassDOT shows the pooch near the East Boston side of the tunnel running toward oncoming traffic.
The dog comes dangerously close to getting hit several times.
