SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — The Diocese of Sioux City announced that they handed out $100,000 in emergency funds in their 24-county territory for food assistance; each parish received $2,500.
Bishop John Keehner said pastors are being asked to figure out the best way to distribute the money in their respective communities.

Those could include food pantries, buying gift cards, food vouchers, or supplementing parish food distribution programs.
