NORTH ROYALTON, Ohio — Orange Village Deputy Police Chief Patrick O'Callahan has decided to retire after being charged with OVI and traffic violations following a traffic stop in North Royalton.
Orange Mayor Judson Kline acknowledged O'Callahan's retirement during a Village Council meeting Wednesday night, but did not comment further on the incident or ongoing investigation. O'Callahan, a 31-year Orange police veteran, had been on administrative leave at the time of his decision.
