STOCKTON, Calif. —
A special Stockton City Council meeting intended to address allegations of city charter violations, misuse of public funds and possible abuse of authority was postponed when several council members did not attend, resulting in a lack of quorum.
Vice Mayor Jason Lee had called for the meeting during Tuesday’s city council meeting.
