The two Paris, Missouri, women who were accused of hiding a suspect in a Ralls County homicide investigation have been charged with second-degree felony murder.
The Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney's Office filed the charges against Lois Armour, 78, and Patty Armour, 51, on Friday. The two women still face charges of hindering the prosecution of a felony in connection to the Oct. 12 incident.
A probable cause statement alleges that on that day, Lois Armour and Patty Armour hid Charles Armour, 57, while detectives were searching for him in connection to the shooting death of Jonathan J. Floyd of Perry in Ralls County .
