GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (WSIL) -- Graves County officials said they are investigating an incident involving a jail employee at the Graves County Restricted Custody Center.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office said Jailer Kelli Elliott reported she and other supervisors discovered a deputy jailer providing contraband to inmates.

Elliott handed the findings over to the Graves County Sheriff's Office for further investigation. Detectives obtained a search warrant for the deputy jailer's residence, serving it on Friday afternoon. The sheriff's office said evidence was collected and secured during the search.
