A house that sold for $1.1 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Mount Laurel in the past week.

During the past week, a total of eight residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $568,138. The average price per square foot was $281.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 27 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

8. $250K, condominium at 206B Derry Hill Court

The property at 206B Derry Hill Court in Mount Laurel has new owners. The price was $250,000. The condominium was built in 1985 and has a living area of 984 square feet. The price per square foot was $254. The deal was finalized on Oct. 4.
