CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) - With the holiday season coming up I wanted to share you some of my favorite charcuterie board tips and tricks. In my opinion, there is nothing better than a charcuterie board for an appetizer, a snack, a gift, or even a little girl dinner! It’s beautiful, it’s delicious (I mean who doesn’t love cheese) and you can make it big or small- really customize it!
Now the star of any good board is going to be the cheeses. I am using all my favorite Wisconsin cheeses.
I like to either cut out the label of the cheese or you can find little cheese labels to let your guests know which cheese is which.
