SHELBY TWP., MI — Police have arrested a suspect in a double homicide after two men were found dead at a Shelby Township auto dealership.
At about 5:45 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, Shelby Township Police tactical responders executed a search warrant at a hotel in Romulus near Detroit Metro Airport, police said in a release. They were assisted by Sterling Heights Police.
The search warrant was in connection with a double homicide of two men, which occurred Friday, Nov. 7, at Star Auto Sales on Ryan Road in Shelby Township.
Police have not yet identified the suspect, who is awaiting arraignment.
At about 12:30 p.m. Friday, Shelby Township police responded to Star Auto Sales for a welfare check, according to a previous release.
