DENVER (KDVR) — It won't last long, but the Denver weather forecast sees a rare chilly day for Sunday with continuing sunshine. That said, the metro area will be right back into the 70s starting Monday.
Weather tonight: Cold, but not as windy
Breezy conditions will gradually end overnight Saturday. Skies will be clear. Temperatures fall into the lower 20s with a light northeast wind turning to the southwest. Some locations will wake up to colder temperatures Sunday morning.
Weather tomorrow: Sunny and cool
After a cold start to the day, afternoon highs Sunday will be below normal - something the metro hasn't seen a lot this autumn. Expect highs to be on either side of 50 degrees in northeast Colorado. Some locations on the plains may even stay in the 40s for highs.
Looking ahead: Yet
