DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver metro's extended stretch of unseasonably warm temperatures continues, but the Denver weather forecast does feature briefly cooler — and at times windy — conditions this weekend.
Saturday will be the windiest day of the two with gusts up to around 30 mph. Higher gusts may be possible in the foothills and eastern plains. The region will cool further on Sunday.
Weather tonight: Calm and cold
The state will be cooler overnight Friday, thanks to a cold front that will drop through overnight. Winds will turn to the north and gradually pick up with gusts up to 20 mph expected.
The high country may see some light snow, but no major accumulations are expected for roadways and mountain towns.
Weather tomorrow: Windy but seasonal
Winds continue to increase Saturday wi
